Training built for every role on your team
Functional training is for the people running the business day to day. Technical training is for whoever owns the system after we leave: data models, access rights, custom modules, and what is safe to change before an upgrade. Most teams need both.
Accountant
Odoo accounting training for the finance team: invoicing, bank reconciliation, taxes, the month-end close, and reports auditors accept. Access stops at Accounting; sales pricing and HR records stay out of reach.

Does training match each role’s Odoo access rights?
Yes. We train each role on exactly the parts of Odoo they can access, an accountant learns Accounting, a junior sales rep learns quoting their own leads, so people learn what they’ll actually use, nothing more.
How does the Odoo eLearning module help with onboarding?
Each role’s training is stored in your LMS, so when a new person joins in that role, their training is already there, instant, consistent onboarding with no extra effort.
How do you know someone actually learned it?
Every course pairs video lessons with quizzes and a test. The eLearning module records the score and the pass, so “trained” means someone demonstrated it, not that a video finished playing.
Can managers see how much of the team is trained?
Yes. From the Odoo eLearning module, managers can see who has completed their role’s training and who still needs it, so you can track adoption and follow up where it’s lagging.

Odoo’s own courses on Odoo Learn are free and teach the standard apps. What we add is training on your own system: your roles, your access rights and your records, kept in your eLearning module for every new hire.
